Meet the Team Leads
Josh Parnell is the Founder and CEO of Limitless Leadership LLC. He is an experienced leadership coach and a United States Air Force veteran with over 20 years of leadership experience.
Josh helps people tap into unrecognized potential to achieve limitless results. Or in other words, he helps aspiring leaders learn how to lead, coach, train, and manage people... better, by sharing his proven leadership techniques and resources, most notably his signature "roots to results" coaching method adopted by many of his clients.
Prior to entrepreneurship, he grew and developed his leadership skills as a corporate trainer and coach for Christian Brothers Automotive, where he led a TEAM for nearly a decade that served thousands of employees within the organization.
Josh is the host of the Josh Parnell Leadership Podcast and enjoys traveling, reading, cooking, and working out. He's married to his wife, J’anvieu, and together they are raising leaders in their four children at home in Houston, Texas.
Joe Hyde is our lead technician coach with over 30 years of experience in the automotive industry.
As an ASE Master Technician L1, Ford Senior Master Technician, and holder of more than 20 OEM certifications, Joe has dedicated his career to mastering the art of automotive repair and leadership. He holds an Automotive Instructors Certificate from Boise State University, a minor in Electronics, and a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Cornell. His expertise extends to being an OEM Automotive Software Specialist, an industry instructor, and he also serves as a valued member of the Auto Care Association Government Affairs Board.
Joe's passion for problem-solving began at a young age when he repaired his single mother's car. This early spark ignited a lifelong commitment to the automotive field, allowing him to evolve alongside the industry, from carburetors to electric and autonomous vehicles. Throughout his career, Joe has held various roles, from a general service technician to a service director at a large dealership. He has also had the privilege of mentoring the next generation of technicians through apprenticeship programs and trade school instruction. His leadership skills were honed during his tenure at Christian Brothers Automotive, where he built and led a team of corporate technician trainers dedicated to excellence.
Joe is a proud father of four daughters, aged 34 to 20, and a grandfather to eight. He enjoys golf, traveling, spending time with family, high school athletics, and throwing darts (English). With deep roots in both Georgia and Idaho, Joe's life and work are guided by his faith, and he is committed to serving others with integrity and dedication.
Brandon Jones, AAP, is a seasoned performance coach with a track record of delivering proven results. He honed his expertise at Northwood University and the University of the Automotive Aftermarket, where he earned the prestigious designation of Automotive Aftermarket Professional.
Certified by ASE in P2 and C1, Brandon brings a wealth of technical knowledge to his coaching. As a former shop owner and having personally visited and worked with over 1,000 shops throughout his career, Brandon understands the intricacies of the automotive industry. He also serves as a valued member of the Auto Care Association Education Board, further solidifying his commitment to advancing the field.
Brandon enjoys fishing, golf, and pickleball. He cherishes spending time with his two teenage boys, coaching their basketball teams and creating lasting memories with them.
