- Struggle to lead, coach, train, and/or manage effectively. All four are different, but all four are necessary. I do a deep dive on how to effectively do each.
- Don't communicate effectively. When there's a breakdown in communication, voids get created. Negativity tends to fill those voids. Foundational conversations paired with my 5 steps to effective communication helps us discover that difficult conversations don't have to be difficult.
- Have limiting beliefs. The biggest battle many leaders face is in between the ears. One of the greatest mistakes leaders make is assuming all of their thoughts are true. A breakdown of my 'roots to results' coaching approach allows you to experience the results you've been striving for all along.
- Micromanage. We learn a more effective management style with situational leadership and avoid micromanaging through the implementation of 1-on-1's, along with a roadmap of delegation to empower and effect change.
- Shift back and forth from "player to coach". We can give a man to fish so he can eat for a day, or teach him how to fish so he can eat for a lifetime. I help you stay in the coach's seat to teach your team "how to fish".

I'm the Founder and CEO of Limitless Leadership LLC. Whether it be through coaching, training, or speaking, our team provides customized game plans to help you achieve your desired outcomes.
Prior to entrepreneurship, I grew and developed my leadership skills as a corporate trainer and coach for Christian Brothers Automotive, where I led a TEAM for nearly a decade that served thousands of employees within the organization.
I'm the host of The Limitless Leadership Podcast, and a veteran of the United States Air Force. For the last 20 years, I've taken what I've learned and continue to learn to reach people and build leaders, both professionally and personally.
I enjoy traveling, reading, cooking, and working out. I'm married to my wife, J’anvieu, and together we are raising leaders in our four children at home in Houston, Texas. Thank you for getting to know me better!
